Amine Mattar
Amine holds a Master degree in Microelectronics from the Claude Bernard University, France. He worked with the French Ministry of Education between 1995 and 1998 where he was a trainer and a counselor for Career Orientation as well as an officer in charge of capacity building at the Association for Adult Education and Training (AFPA).
Between 1987 and 1995 he worked with Texas Instruments in Nice as a trainer and engineer in R&D for electronic components and cards. Upon his return to Lebanon, he integrated the Al-Kafaàt Technical and Vocational Institute in 1998 at which time he spearheaded the academic program development of the Institute. In 1999 he acted as the Head of the Computer Science and Electronics Department at the Al-Kafaàt University and was the Vice Director for the University’s Students Affairs Office between 2010 and 2017.
Since 2017, Amine is the Academic and Executive Director of the Al-Kafaàt Technical and Vocational Training Institute where he is responsible for designing and coordinating all delivered vocational training programs.
