Carole Maalouf Abboud
Carole Maalouf Abboud is an accomplished interior designer and artist with a career spanning over two decades. She earned her Master’s in Interior Design in 1997 from ALBA University, alongside a Master Certificate in Piano, reflecting her deep appreciation for both visual and musical arts.
Carole began her professional journey with an Internship at Galal Mahmoud in Paris in 1991, followed by foundational years at Antoine Tabet for Architecture and Interior Design in Lebanon.
In 2007, her career took an international turn when her family relocated to Doha, Qatar. There, she joined Qatari Diar, one of the leading real estate and investment companies in the GCC, where she oversaw interior design projects across Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Montenegro, Sudan, Milan, the UK and the Seychelles.
Committed to professional growth, Carole earned a PMP Master Associate Degree in Project Management from Georges Washington University in 2009, followed by certifications in sustainable development, including the LEED credential from Qatar Green Building Council in 2010 and QSAS in 2011.
Her expertise and creativity were recognized when she served as a jury member for The Young Design Award for three consecutive years.
In 2016, Carole returned to her home country and embarked on a new artistic journey, exploring and developing intricate 3D metal sculptures that reflect her passion for innovation and craftsmanship.
