Fadi Majdalani

Member of the Board of Trustees of the Al-Kafaàt Foundation since 2016, Fadi Majdalani has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from MIT and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut where he also earned the Penrose Award.

Fadi was a Senior Partner and Board Member with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). In 1993, he joined the team that launched the business of this global consulting firm in the Middle East and, over more than 25 years, he has advised family conglomerates as well as clients primarily in the transportation and logistics, real estate and construction industries. Since 2018, Fadi has been a Managing Partner with Excelsa Development Holding, an investment holding company with activities in the US, Middle East, and Africa.

Fadi serves on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards. He is currently the Chairman of Endeavor Lebanon an NGO that supports entrepreneurs in accelerating the growth of their businesses.
